Marking emails as Urgent or Important

1. Click Compose to create a new email.

2. Right click in any whitespace in the body of the email and click ! Mark as Important.

NOTE: This is an enterprise distributed Chrome extension. If you are not signed into the Chrome browser as yourself then you will not see this option.

3. You will now notice that an exclamation point has now been added to the beginning of your subject line. If you have already started typing a subject, this will not erase what you have typed. It will add to the existing subject. You can also use this in replies or forwards. However you will not see the change unless you edit the subject line. See tip How to edit Subject line.
